Information you send

The inquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not receive or store the form fields. We receive the information after you send that email. Keep safety reports, employee records, credentials, and other sensitive material out of an initial inquiry.

How inquiries are used

We use inquiry information to answer the request, assess whether the proposed work fits the service, keep ordinary business records, and address security or legal duties. The optional service-update choice is recorded only when included in the email you send.

Website hosting

Vercel hosts this website and may process ordinary technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details, and server logs. Marketing analytics are not enabled on this site.

Retention and access

Inquiry records are kept while the request is active and as needed for ordinary business, security, and legal records. You may ask to access or correct your information, or request deletion where applicable, by using the contact address above.

Processing locations

CampusThreads Network Corp is based in Canada. Email and hosting providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other countries where they operate.
